Both arms have reached full extension and form the "V" position. The wrists are starting to roll over. The hands are now reversing, as the palm of the top-hand is facing downward. The bat-head is sweeping past the pitcher. The bat's momentum makes the rear-foot lighter (toe may slide forward).
