Jon-

I try to attribute specifically to Nyman as often as I can because I think he has brought clarity to a number of issues(I attribute speak highly of him,not just here but e-teamz fp and bb,,fpf, lots of private e-mails to people who think I might be somebody-haha).He is the first I heard talk about how posture is involved in the swing plane, scap loading, how kinetic chain may really work, workings of visual and motor system, motor learning, etc. So I apologize if I have not attributed adequately in the ongoing discussion.

Even Paul has pointed out the importance of Jack's circular handpath principale.Over the years.Paul has shifted somewhat away from the Griffey type swing to a more definite preference for a quicker swing which I think is very similar to the way Jack describes things.Paul does consider THT as well as much of Jack's and Mike's stuff to be more at the cue/superficaial level rather than at the deep more scientific level.I am not in a particularly good position to judge this. However,Mike and Jack have a huge amount to offer. It also helps to view their stuff via the lens of Nyman to interpret and put things together compatibly.I would certainly recommend Paul's CD to anyone.Without Paul's info,it would be very hard to take a stab at how the various schools of thought/info could possibly fit together(like Zig's data for example which has pearls and pitfalls).

I don't believe Paul has anything to fear(no big downside) from making his info as accessible as possible,so I hope he gets it out as fast as possible. Perhaps he will continue to discuss things here on Jack's board.I would love to see an exchange.I am just an internet geek, as another participant said, who reprocesses a bunch of ideas in an attempt to make sense out of them in a way that matters to teaching.I would find this very informative.
