Need some help here! Every pitch put into play is off the end of the bat. Good pitches to hit, good solid swings = weak grounder F6. Do we go with a heavier bat? Is it a mental thing? After games he says the pitcher threw him meat but…out in front. Please help.

Unfortunately it's a mental thing. Just have to get yourself to wait, which can be VERY hard. A lot of practice is needed to change your mental approach. Resutls will probably be inconsistent at first as you struggle with correct timing. One thing that might help is to "practice being late". Tell your self to hit the ball down the right field line.
