Looks like pretty good but there is one thing missing: hip rotation. What I see from the clip is that your player pulls lead hip but not push the back hip since his back foot stayed there instead of rotating it. It must work as unison when he rotates his hips. Pull the front hip and push the back hip (all at the same time) around the center axis.
