Um....daw.....you're so far lost I decided to post this for the others. Since nothing can be learned from you.

The hips are opening while the shoulders "hold" closed. When the shoulders "give" by laterally tilting, it energizes the barrel as it's being turn in the hands, and it is thrust through the zone.

Just like the forefinger when the thumb "gives".

That is the wind.
