> I work with a Physical Therapist who works on the basis that flexibility is one of the keys to power. He did an article, sometime ago, for the Buffalo News showing that Tiger Woods rotates about 380 degrees during his tee shots, further than anyone, and therefore gets such long drives. This, I believe, is another point proving rotation, torque and "explosion" is what provides power.
