I am 13 years old and do not know what you mean by using torque. Can anybody explain it better and why is it more effective?

> Knight1285@aol.com bhl...two things about your post that scare me....(1)you citing feroli...with the many bizzare things that he says (excessive lau-bashing, "lighted baseballs", etc) and his lack of experience (and he doesn't even look like a coach), i question his credibility...80 % of the things he said, williams himself has never even articulated...yes, i know his book and video have ted's "blessing", but consider ted's age and health.....(2) "spinning your back leg in a bent position" does NOT transfer energy from back side to front side...somewhere in jack's writings i think he has addressed this issue........grc....
