From Linear to Rotational

Posted by: JoeBaseball (joe@joebaseball.com) on Thu May 1 16:25:17 2003

Hi Jack,

I am a strong hitter who has successfuly used linear mechanics for years, but am interested in trying rotational mechanics in efforts to increase my homerun production...

How difficult would it be for me to make the switch after 10 years of studying and mastering linear mechanics taught by batting instuctors such as Charley Lau.

Thanks, Joe
