how do you rotate with enough force so that you get to that point...because when i rotate my weight stays back and i guess "squashes the bug" and i want to end up on my toes. ANy tips on accomplishing this?

Hey Mike,
I would suggest that at contact you are on the ball of your back foot as the front leg is straightened to rotate the lead shoulder. You can't be pushing the lead leg and be off the back leg at the same time. The force of the swing during follow thru probably pulls the rear foot off the ground???? What do you think? Rich
