Every single swing that a Major League hitter has ever taken has had it's load back begin before the pitch has been released. EVERY HITTER, EVERY SWING, EVERY TIME.

A monkey can see that every hitter's initial movement back happens while the ball is still in the pitchers hand.

Watch your video again a then we can agree that I was right.
