is it me or do rotional mechanics make it seem as if you dont have great bat speed but in reallty you do. it seems that im not swinging hard but the ball is really going far.

I seem to feel the same thing when im up there at the plate. im always going back to the dugout questioning if im swinging hard and everyone is saying i am, yet i dont feel it. hopefully this is a good thing
