What are the difference and similarities in their theories of hitting.. which is better.. which should i invest in... can someone please explain how these theories of hitting works.... Thank You...

They both address the issue of full XT and this concept is PROFOUND.

There are particular issues that people may disagree with. I find the notion that the bottom hand rotates around the top hand to be erroneous. I think Epstein makes too much of his "torque position", and I have previously shown that the "torque position" is something that will happen automatically with good mechanics & without having to be forced/drilled. But overall, while many instructors will agree that "rotation" is good, Epstein & Jack are the ones who articulate quite well the relationship between full XT, the "L" and rotation.
