Re: Training Aid

I have been using the Hit Away training aid the last couple of weeks. Little League kids really have fun with it. Kids get a lot of swings in a just a few minutes. The product is well constructed and no signs yet of wear and tear. I recommend it for teaching hand eye cordination. Use in conjunction with the heavy bag for best results. For $29.95 IMHO it is money well spent.

Is that the one that is on TV commercials where (put sipmly) the ball is on a string and it wraps around a pole like teather ball? If it is, I've always wondered about it. It's not like a tee where the ball is still, but it does not simulate the actual motion of a pitched ball. I haven't ever used it, but I just wonder about the ball coming in a circular motion towards the batter.
