Inward turn-the lead shoulders away from the pitcher

This is what makes ME feel uncomfortable. I have a difficult time trying to keep my eyes on the ball during the inward turn. I feel like the inward turn is an essential part of the swing, but I'm having a tough time doing it.

Any suggestions?
