If you want the best "Video" example of this watch the "Indians" version of Albert Belle or Henry Aaron- in slow -motion on a VCR these are two prime examples of pulling your hands back to introduce more momentum to the swing, this to me is not a "most important" part of the swing. Timing and balance are everything.
