over throwing

i cant help but not try to over throw when i'm pitching. I'd like to know if there is some way to keepfrom over throwing and keeping my head straight, i seem to throw my head out a lot and my front toe when i come down is pointed toward the left handed batter. Im right- handed. Please help.
