My son, 15, has learned rotational mechanics from a college coach for the past three years. The problem he (we) is having right now is with the weight distribution. He starts at 50/50, goes to 40/60 with the load, and then, it seems to me he should be back to something like 50/50 -striding to a bent front knee - as his rotation begins. His problem right now is that his front leg is straight and locked as his rotation begins. Any advice on weight distribution at the beginning of rotation?
