mr. teach,

i am sorry to have to point out to all and sundry on this site that the way your mind works is ESPECIALLY convoluted and in need of some work..
the "truth detector" you speak of... i would hope would detect truth..if in fact your detector DID detect truth, one would assume you would be in agreement with the statement, & would have no comment other than perhaps "well said"...
if however you read something you did NOT agree with, that would in fact probably set off the "UN-TRUTH detector" or
perhaps "MISINFORMATION" or "UN-INFORMED detector"... i think that is what you meant to call your detector.. which is only 180 degrees in the opposite direction from where you THOUGHT you were heading..
the mental processes you exhibit are in dire need of some logical organization... may i suggest a jr. college course in LOGIC, wherein you will learn the basics of inductive & deductive reasoning.. this will aid you in your attempt to convey your thoughts in a much more concise, specific, logical manner,,, & help the rest of us understand what it is you are having trouble explaining, so others can understand
your train of thought... you're welcome.
