Re: Head movement

Does anyone think that your head is suppose to move and turn in while "tracking" the ball?

If you are a linear or weight shift hitter and you stride toward the plate this is not unusual. But minimal head movement is suggested if possible as any movement with the head toward the pitch gives the illusion that that pitch speed of the ball is increasing from that direction.
