> I am a second year high school softball coach amd I am looking for ways to transition our girls from no pre-pitch movement to movement. Coming from a baseball background I didn't think the girls had enough time to load stride swing with the pitcher closer. Something has to be done to generate the bat speed needed to drive the ball and I am tired of see weak grounders to the infielders. Hopefully it makes since. Any suggestions?

I filled in for the freshman coach last year. I to was looking for a way that was simple and something that we didn't have to spend all practice on. I had 2 girls that had played any fastpitch, the rest played city league that uses pitching machines. I came across Mike Epstein videos, I bought the 3 for softball. It work really well, I had 5 different girls hit home runs and had a team batting avg .389 I am a big fan of the bunt and run game but only bunt 6 times. I switch my daughter over to rotation hitting out on 22 games she only had 4 strike outs. I would look into a rotation system to teach your girls.
