sometimes when i swing i kinda stand up and lose alot of power. does anyone know what i can do to like with drills to keep my body staying low?

When we do weightlifting (Squating) we never want to lock our legs. Think of a boxer that throws a right uppercut or right cross and the connection to the ground that's required. That's the kind of bent leg I'm talking about......strong and stable, but not locking out. Locking out should occur, but never forced in my opinion. Others have disagreed with me on this, but try it you'll like it.
