I know this is a Hitting Site, but Im Hoping there might be some people here that can help me out with my throwing mechanics, or direct me somewhere that will help. Recently, Everytime I throw it just feels weird. Either my fingers come off too soon, or it feels they have stuck threw the whole release. Ive heard ur fingers should roll, but i cant get them to roll. This might be the root to my eratic throwing. Going over my targets hed, over short hoping them. My Email is Ripp_5@hotmail.com. If Nayone Can Help Me in Anyway, Send me an Email or Reply. Thanks

And as a catcher it makes the game no fun. I am a senior in college now and finally have a good arm. After much and much and much more trial and error, I have learned that it is keeping your thumb down and popping or snapping of the wrist that makes the ball fly.
