hello!
it could be just a matter of alignment & position pre-swing..i have observed that far too many hitters are standing too far off the plate or too far back in the box... either will result in your hitting the ball with just the very end of the bat..
get up on the plate.. always a good mindset.
none of the other contributors mention your stance location... stance location is of primary importance, although some on this site would have you believe otherwise.
