Ok, I can help on this one. I use to have this problem. It has to do with timing and hip action. Since I have the ELS (early load syndrome) I am more apt to swing early at an outside pitch, or at least start my swing early, you see the hips open up but I try to keep my hands back, when I do let them go I'm swinging long and since my hips and hands are out of sync it creates a bend. Try over exaggerating staying through the ball. Also make yourself wait untile the last second before exploding.
