Re: pitching instruction

Does anyone on this forum have a suggestion on where I might look for instruction( books, video, etc.) on " rotational " pitching mechanics. Thought this might be a good group to ask since it supports rotational hitting and the two are related.Thanks.

Bret-

The sequence of scap/arm action is the same for the desired overhand throw mechanics for pitching and for the back scap/arm action for loading in rotational hitting.

The best available info on pitching is from Ron Wolforth at pitchingcentral.com.Nyman has the best pitching info, but access is difficult.

If you are a real glutton for info, order the pitching bootcamp info(pitchingcentral) which is about 12 hours of video including Nyman,Wolforth and Brent Strom(House "disciple"/ex mlb pitcher, present mlb pitching coach but with open mind who recognizes the value of Nyman's info).
