I am just about to buy the video and am 90% sold on the mechanics. However, how do you deal with outside pitches using rotational mechanics methodology?

A rotational swing is not about waiting......it's about hitting the ball deep into the body, this is the goal for inside pitches and outside pitches. We want to feel that we're always hitting balls off the back shoulder, not the front shoulder (even on inside pitches we want that feeling).

Hi, The main problem with linear mechanics IMO is that most hitters that have linear swings, swing with level shoulders. Level shoulders won't allow you to swing into the path of the ball and make you much more susceptible to lunging. This goes for inside or outside pitches.
