Like every other hitter, he must adjust to pitch location. High pitches, many hitters look linear, level shoulders. Fooled on an outside pitch or protecting, hitters often have to throw the bat/hands out to get contact and become linear to some degree. Low/middle in the zone or high-inside much more rotational.
