..Tom something I dont follow to well in your steps is that you have slot the elbow and rotate into toe touch but as I see it or understand slot the elbow the heel comes down and then the elbow begins to slot,not as toe is turning into touch.Epstein talked of the cable attached from heel to elbow.Seldom do I see elbow slot before heel down.
