> Jose, The first thing I noticed was that there is is too much forward head movement. The head is sliding out front towards the pitcher. When your front foot comes down the head should not move anymore. After the front foot comes down, you should just be rotating around a stationary axis. One way to help this is to start lowering your back shoulder as you start your rotation and swing. If you are lowering your back shoulder, it allows two good things to happen.......you can keep your head steady behind the ball and you can now swing into the path of the ball. Keep practicing.....

Great, I see that now on review and will try applying that at my next BP today. Thanks to Nick as well for taking the time to give me detailed instructions on how to try to get a better video clip!
