I will repeat the question that has been asked & you have ignored: don't you think it is unthical for someone to pay you to bash this site but promote Epstein's site? And what evidence do you have to support your notion that 9 year olds are too young to learn rotational mechanics? From what I have seen, Jack Mankin is the MASTER of rotational mechanics, and I have never heard him say there is a minimum age requirement.

Hey Hal- Maybe SAM simply read what I wrote and agreed with it? Problem with that?

How about when you learn to read and then understand what you have read -let me know? BECAUSE...
It is not written any where by me in ANY post that 9 year olds CAN'T learn a rotational swing. Get it straight!
I have questioned 9 year olds learning it from other 9 year olds in 20 minutes before a game and then BEING PROFICIENT enough to immediately find success in that game? THAT IS WHAT MATT HAS ALWAYS CLAIMED HAS HAPPENED AND FROM HIS ORIGINAL ONE VISIT TO THIS SITE!!!

Given THAT scenario and that scenario ONLY...it must be a given that every one of those kids was a learned LINEAR hitter. Let's assume they were LINEAR hitters for at least a minimum of 3 years- sound fair? You can factor in your own "x" number of times they swung a bat to create and ingrain their own muscle memory of LINEAR hitting.

Now- Based on Amazing Matt's statements (found on this site)...not only was his own kid able to in ONE night and ONE visit to this site find immediate success with his new rotationl swing...but we are then suppose to believe his kid then taught same "advanced skills" (because if they aren't advanced then why are so many experienced posters giving their input into its intricacies?)his kid taught the same advanced skills to other 9 year olds and AGAIN in Matt's own bragging words...in 20 minutes time before a game. So....why don't YOU and every other poster who keeps incorrectly quoting me, tell me something MATT has never addressed and YOU all keep ignoring..."HOW" Matt and his kid were able to pull this amazing "never before seen" one night phenomenon off?

Stick to what I wrote and what I said. I never said kids couldn't learn it but you will never convince me or anyone who understands the difficulty in altering muscle memory...that any kid could change so drastically from a linear hitter to a pure rotationl hitter in 20 minutes...go out and play in a game-have new found hitting success in that game and then credit that success (LIKE MATT DID) to the 20 minute crash course they took from another kid? If you believe that was possible...the Brooklyn Bridge is still available for purchase!

Rotational hitting IS the right way...but kids teaching it to kids who "must have been " linear in 20 minutes time...is fantasy at best.

Consider this your snap of the fingers wake up call to that reality!
