Sandman,

If you get a chance and it isn't too much trouble, could you apply the same concept to these two clips from behind that you did below from the side (lay a board on the swing plane) I think we would see clearly something that almost all good hitters do: they get their bat on the plane of the pitch very early. They then have nothing more to do but accelerate the bat into the pitch on a nice smooth accelerating arc. Thanks, Nick
