Hi Jack et al

One thing I notice about both clips is that when the knee drives the hands are moving forward at the same time. If you watch Bonds his hands remain still and he creates a larger 'torso coil' then both of these hitters. When the knee drives forward you can counter balance the weight shift by leaving your hands back and initiating THT.This creates the xfactor that increases bat head speed.
