You are pushing your hands down to the ball. Your hands are on a down angle the whole way. Look at your last swing, which is the best out of all of them, you are flattening the bat earlier as you swing. It's hard to give advice with out being able to actually show you. IMO you're weighting your front foot to early.

I would purchase Jacks video and/or Mike Epsteins hitting video. This may help you to understand the mechanics of what a swing should resemble. Then you may be able to understand more of what you are reading in the posts. I would also read "The Science of Hitting" by Ted Williams.

p.s. Watch a lot of video of MLB hitters and try to emulate one of them.
