Hello,
> > This may not be the right place to ask but my son is in his last year of T-ball and he is a very good player. The only problem is that he does not have a lot of power in his bat. Can anyone give me some tips for improving his power? He has good form but I cant seem to make that increase his power. He really wants to hit better so I thought I would look around for some instruction.

Educate yourelf (which you are doing) and your son will have the best possible teacher, one who cares. I'm not a big fan of T-work...the video will help explain why. Good luck you're on the right track my friend.

I agree with Coach C. I purchased the video a couple of years ago. No doubt, it is the best hitting video I've seen so far. There isn't another video that explains in depth "WHY". I am a big believer in soft toss work when it comes to working rotation mechanics.
