Re: Wrist roll & top hand palm

The weaker position is if the wrist is rolling or in a shaking hands position. Do a little experiment. With a bat in your hands get into a STRONG hitting position with your top arm bent in a L postion and bottom arm straight and have the palms face up and dowm and have someone pull back on the end of the bat. Now start to roll your wrists and repeat the experiment. You will find that it is impossible to hold the bat from moving when your wrists are rolling or in a shaking hand position.
