Question for Shawn

Posted by: BHL (Knight1285@aol.com) on Thu Aug 31 07:40:05 2000

Shawn,
I read you stating on setpro.com that "no muscles/muscles can control to hip," and while turning the leg will mean that back leg will gyrate inside the hip socket, it does not necessarily mean the hip will swivel.

What I would like to know is whether you believe (similar to the question I asked Mankin above, onkly seeking a second fresh opinion) if is it the legs control the hips? Or, the hips control the legs?

And, could you please reference the post on the Nyman site where he explains why no major muscle group can move the hips.

A response would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
BHL
