Re: back foot at contact

Posted by: mark (wogdoggy@aol.com) on Wed Dec 31 06:10:52 2003

I have 4 clips of 4 quality ML hitters that all have their back foot off the ground at impact. They have not been fooled, as the pics were taken during BP and the were smoking the baseballs. What would be the reason for this?

its probably due to the weight shift and turn of the upper body or torso..which naturally pulls the weight off the backside
