jack, you don't understand....it is a natural instinct to MOVE (i didn't say "fire")the hands first.....however, i didn't say it should be "ahead of rotation"......and that is the key concept you are missing...the key is making a mental (and natural) mechanic (hands first) compatible with a physical mechanic of hips (and rotation) first....and in the past i have articulated a technique in which to make these two seemingly contradictory mechanics compatible...i find it amazing that on the one hand you understand that the knob moves toward the catcher, hips first, etc, and yet you don't seem to understand how easy it is to make all this happen WITHOUT having to seek an artifical technique that requires having to think about how to make the hips start turning first....
