Re: Jack - wrist bind query

>>> Hi Jack

As I am hitting some balls in preparation for another baseball and fastpitch softball season, I have found myself in a bind - a wrist bind.

I know you have written about the topic in the past and have re-read those posts. Could you elaborate again on the topics of a loose top hand and how to avoid a wrist bind? What fallacies are contributing to its sudden appearance? Could it be linked to hand-slinging or some other malady that has creeped into my swing? In the past you have cited some spectacular but streaky big leaguers who were inhibited from greatness by a wrist bind. Can you mention them again and your impressions?

Thanks in advance. Melvin <<<

Hi Melvin

I will see if I can find my notes on players with wrist-bind problem. Either way, I will address this in a post soon.
