Does this swing transfer well to fastpitch

For girls fastpitch this is always a topic of disagreement (reaction time). There are so many variables that the only way to settle it is to get 10 good hitting girls and have them bat off both a baseball pitcher that throws around 90 and a softball pitcher that throws 60+ and see witch one they hit better. My own thoughts are with the extra 15 ft to pick up the ball they would hit just as good if not better off the baseball pitcher but I'm not sure what effect the smaller baseball would have.
Because over all boys are quicker than girls, it is more imparitive that girls go to a rotational type swing because girl pitchers are just getting better and better.
