We are using the batspeed measuring device that is sold on this site and are using it in conjunction with the heavy bag. It has been effective in providing reliable batspeed data to measure progress.Although originally designed for the golf swing, it provides reliable, believable, consistent readings, unlike other radar units that we have tried. Our application is measuring 60 -70 mph batspeeds with an aluminum bat and is very satisfactory.
