Thanks a pile, man.
ABSOLUTELY AGREE. I "sit to hit" now and it works like a charm. lots of hip involvement and rotation, a la derek jeter. unfortunately i dont have a camera now. these was a teammate´s camera. i now land onto a bend front knee and rotate the knee, like jack says and i get it into a groovy kind of rotation. it feels like a merry-go-round kind of thing. hands are "along for the ride". i used to think it couldn´t be done. these swings are early swings from rotational make-over. lots of work. but still I was able to hit .295 last year. i missed the .300 in my last game. i went o-fer-four. destroyed my average.
