And possibly what you consider propaganda by SETPRO just "maybe" are attempts to present solid factual information and not attempts to promote SETPRO. The SETPRO public hitting forum set the standard for baseball instructional and training information. You should take a look at it sometime. And from an informational standpoint the SETPRO private forums far surpass anything that is available on swinging and throwing be it video, audio or written information, my not so humble opinion.
