The mechanics exhibited in the Guerrero clip is a perfect example of how I defined “Pre-launch and Top-hand Torque” from my study. Naming the muscle or bone group involved in these mechanics does not give someone the right to lay claim to another person’s work without giving proper credit. – I am not referring to you rql.
