Dear Jack,

If I had my druthers, I would refer people to the Truism or Fallacy page, and would orient them in the direction of two articles: "Get Your Arms Extended," and "Roll Your Wrists at Contact." Furthermore, I would add a third reference from the Batspeed Research archives: "Does Bat Speed=Pop?"

Personally I love the way he set up the new Swing Mechanics page and I wouldn't change a thing. Each clip gives a somewhat basic description then the links take you into more detail. I've already picked up some new things in one day of looking at those clips and posts. I guess I've still missed a lot in the past year learning and studying rotational mechanics and it's points out some critical issues.
