Does anyone have tips on how to get an 11 year to not drop hands before swinging. He knows he is doing this and is consciousely trying to correct. It would be great to have a few drills specific to correct.

Dropping from where to where? Maybe his hands needed to drop depending on where they started out. Some hitters drop, raise or do all kinds of hitches BEFORE swinging.
