If you have ready my post carefully, you will notice how it recommends combining Epstein's lower body mechanics with Jack's upper body mechanics. When synchronized carefully, the batter will find that once the front heel touches the ground, the hips rotate, assisting shoulder rotation, which in turn, cause the hands to rotate around each other. In the end, the bat-head arcs in a manner that will allow it to strike the ball with great velocity at collision.

BHL- I hurried my initial response to your "clarification" post.
I should have requested you "clarify" how you can continue to state as an Epstein absolute that the front heel "must" drop when, as I have noted and his (Epstein's) own student clip demos...that is NOT what we see?

Remember your original post to this whole issue was touting Epstein's "great lower body cues" and his brilliance.
Please, come back with your clarification on what you "saw" not what you or Epstein "say" should be happening with the lower half.
