Re: Rules?

Maybe you won't post this, but if you could at least respond indirectly I would appreciate it.What are the rules for behavior? You delay postings so you can screen, but what are you screening out? Is it only foul language disallowed, otherwise any insults are ok?The following exact quotes are all from Teacherman over the last two months or so.Some of them appear to be harmless unless you examine the context in which the insults were made. Here they are, all permitted by you to be posted by Teacherman, and I won't bother to add the quotation marks:
>
> Do you posters really believe this poppeycock?
>
> Don't let the facts get in the way of your opinion.
>
> More poppeycock under the disquise of "a former major leaguer".
>
> I would like to come clean and let everyone know I've played in the major leagues. 1976-1979. Short but sweet.
>
> Hey Phil, how far will you go with this. You're showing your ignorance.
>
> As ususual, another illogical strech from grc.
> More evidence that grc is not interested in the subject but instead he'd like to encourage discontent.
>
> As in, you can only see what you can see, you can also only understand what you're capable of understanding.
>
> As an example of your lack of understanding, you still believe linear hitters have more time than rotational hitters.
>
> Another computation that is totally false yet allowed to be played out on this site.
> Roy......raise a legitimate topic and I'll offer more than you can handle.

>
> And, rather than fall in line with the other lemmings why don't you really read the board.
>
> Are you saying you can't find it unless you're looking for it?

> And, for this post to come from Brian and not Jack or John leaves me wondering.

> Don't ask how you rotate the hands to the ball!

>
> Go ahead an bury YOUR head in the sand just like others here and simply dead end a discussion when the obvious answers to tough questions don't fit your hitting mold.

> It won't be long until you've buried yourself and Doug and I won't have to point out the fallacy in your theory.

> Don't read Jack's entire post, BHL. Because there may be something contrary to your slowpitch softball beliefs.

> PREDICTION..... BHL's next feat is to bat left-handed because the fence was shorter in right field.

> You have no knowledge of the amount of reseach put in by the competing gurus. Your claim is unfounded. What you know is Jack looked at many videos for several years. Then, hand a scientist endorse his findings. Now, do some research and find out what the competing gurus have done.
> Another uninformed soul making accusations without doing the research.

Thank you Mort for pointing out these statements. I just finished a heated, probably unprintable rebuttal to this dude, but it was probably was unnecessary. All everyone has to do is read this guy's exact quotes and maybe he will be so embarrased he will go away (or at least learn some manners).
