What is the optimum batspeed relating to age,gender,weight, i.e., a 14y/o girl 115lbs, a 16 y/o girl 135lbs, 18 y/o girl 140lbs, collegiate level player, etc. The more info - the better. Thanks.

I too am very interested in finding out what "typical" MPH readings are for various age/skill levels. Anyone worked with a radar unit and a heavybag? - Tom Waz
