Question for Jack

Posted by: Mike (mchosmer@aol.com) on Fri Apr 11 11:13:06 2008

Jack is it wrong to tell hitters to explosively rotate the shoulders while keeping the bottom arm at a fixed angle so you are not reaching for the ball, and using the top hand to help push the bat into the hitting zone?

I'm just not sure exactly what the role of the arms are during the swing. Thanks for your time.

Mike
